TTUHSC Recognized as a Hispanic-Serving Institution
The Hispanic-Serving Institution designation is granted to eligible institutions of higher education with an enrollment of undergraduate full-time Hispanic students greater than 25%, in addition to other criteria set by the Department of Education that promotes accessibility and affordability to traditionally underrepresented communities.
AMA Honors TTUHSC's Victor Test With Medal of Valor
The American Medical Association (AMA) honored Lubbock, Texas, critical care specialist Victor J. Test, MD, with the AMA Medal of Valor for his work on behalf of patients and his community in the COVID-19 epidemic.
